We do not want to handle separately several commands.
All commands are run at once.

__str__() should not be constrained by .tap format.
Moreover, we use in tap() TODO and SKIP .tap directives.

Streamline the warnings as well as the counts.

It will ease launching tests in the terminal without giving again the config file.
